GoldRays shower seals have remained clear for more than eight years in real-world use. High-grade anti-mould and antioxidant additives help resist yellowing, mould and visible ageing, keeping the seals cleaner for longer.

Tested performance: after 300 hours of ASTM G155 Cycle 6 xenon-arc exposure, samples showed no yellowing, cracking or powdering. Samples also achieved Grade 0 in 28-day ASTM G21 and ISO 846 Methods A and C tests, with no fungal or bacterial growth detected.

With more than 3,200 moulds and shower seals for glass thicknesses from 6–15 mm, GoldRays covers swing, sliding and bifold doors, fixed panels, curved screens, glass-to-glass connections, bottom edges, vertical junctions and magnetic closures.

For most enquiries, the right shower seal is already in our range. When it is not, our tooling capability helps us develop custom shower seals quickly and cost-effectively from a drawing or sample.

Tested Where It Matters

REACH SVHC Screening — Passed. SGS screened the tested shower-seal sample for 250 REACH Candidate List SVHCs and six potential SVHCs. None were detected.

Resistant to everyday cleaners. After the specified bleach and glass-cleaner exposure test, the tested samples showed no visible discolouration, cracking, deformation or surface fogging.

Independent SGS test reports are available on request. Laboratory results apply to the samples tested.
